Are you a teacher seeking to improve your ability to support students with executive function challenges?
Or a school administrator seeking high-impact professional development programs for your hard-working teachers?
You've come to the right place! Learn more about our executive function coaching program.
Is the course a curriculum I can teach to other students?
This course will teach you how to run the process of providing executive function coaching sessions to students — it is not a curriculum that you teach, but rather a process you use to help them manage school.
As part of the process, you will also learn how to facilitate Family Team Meetings with students and their caregivers to increase overall buy-in to your approach.
How many hours does it take to complete the course?
The course comprises a total of 12 hours of mandatory components—6 hours for live classes and 6 hours for homework assignments outside of class.
Additionally, there are 3 optional meetings you can attend, each totaling 3 hours. Therefore, if you opt to attend the optional meetings, the course could take up to 15 hours to complete.
How do I obtain my certificate?
Once you complete all the modules, click on the course, “Live certification program” and click complete, and continue to go all the way through until you’ve completed all modules.
At that point, you will also get the badges which you can share on LinkedIn or any other social media platform.

Professionals who are interested in both the technique of executive function coaching, and who also want guidance on the practical aspects of working as an executive function coach, either as a part-time or full-time career.
Where are the classes?
The classes will be held via Live Zoom sessions. After enrolling, you will receive access to the official course overview which has all the meeting links, slide decks, and course resources.
What is the focus of each class?
Class 1: Learn how to find families that are the perfect fit for your coaching.
Class 2: Learn how to track progress with families effectively
Class 3: Learn how to set goals with students
Class 4: Learn how to teach EF skills and structure sessions
Class 5: Learn how to guide the family
Class 6: Learn how to launch your practice
How long is each class?
Each class is 60 minutes long. Every class has slight variations, but the structure for each class is as follows:
Presentation (approximately 30 minutes)
Small group discussions (10 minutes)
Question and Answer (15 minutes)

How does it work?
You need to attend at least 4 out of the 6 live sessions to earn your certificate. If you cannot attend four of the 6 live classes, you can watch the recording and must attend an office hour meeting to make up for the missed class.
What if I cannot attend because of the time zone difference?
Typically, we don't make exceptions for not joining the live classes, as they provide valuable opportunities for interaction and learning.
However, if you have special circumstances or if there are specific barriers preventing you from joining the live classes and you are willing to do the next cohort asynchronously, we can discuss possible agreements to accommodate your situation.
Please contact us with your requests.
Can I join this class from another country?
Yes! We have had participants in Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We welcome learners from all over the world.
What if I can't make this one?
Use the link below to sign up for updates on when we will launch another training program. We plan on doing these 4 times a year.
How long will I have access to the course videos?

The videos cannot be saved, but you can keep the slide decks, workbook, and other course materials.
What if I need more support during the course or once the course is completed?
If you have very specific questions that need addressing, we have additional live calls outside of the 6 scheduled classes where we can provide further guidance.
